 Sale & Sourcing Engineer or Officer

Job Summary

·   Maintain good relationship between customers and partners, strive for customer satisfaction.

·   Achieved sales target by maintain and develop sales target of products or service for customer and partner.

·    Achieved sales target by present the products and service for company authorize distributor to customers and group account.

·   To study and verify the details of request for quotation from customers and check the balance stock before issue quotation, sourcing and asking for the best prices from suppliers both local and overseas.

·   Create stock item to calculating of cost, term and other condition.

·   Issue quotation to customers and follow up the status of purchase order, be coordinator and suggestion to customer.

·   Correctly verify the details of customers purchase order before sending to next process of purchasing department.

·   To ensure that KPI are achieved the target by follow up, coordinate and support or solve the problem for customers.

·    Manage sales team and support sales activities to be achieved the target.

 

 

(Qualification)

·   Want to be a sales person but inconvenient travel to meet the customers outside.

·   Good service mind, selling skill and cooperate with both internal and external customers.

·   Want to work in an office more than factory.

·   Want to have regular monthly income plus commission that more than overtime pay.

·   Want to contact and coordinate with suppliers both local and overseas.

·   Be enthusiastic, patients, circumspection, willing to learn of new technical data and searching with variety of product or service.

·   Male or Female, age not over 35 years

·   Bachelor degree in faculty of Engineering major in mechanical, industrial, electrical, civil or related (GPA. 2.50 up).

·   Bachelor degree in faculty of Science major in applied physic, computer, chemistry or related (GPA 2.75 up).

·   Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial product sourcing or procurement for senior officer.

·   Fresh graduated are welcome or non-experience for Junior officer

·   Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Score 450 will be advantage)

·   Can be operated PC in MS office and E-mail.
